Perhaps I am writing to the wrong address, I would be grateful for a recommendation on where I can solve my problem.

I came to a new company and checked the site for technical errors using the Semrush service. The service displays a Non-secure page (this is the login page for the closed area). At the same time, a site specialist who has access to the backend says that this link does not belong to the main site and does not pose a threat. However, the Semrush service finds this page as a page on the main site. Who to believe and how to double-check? Thank you in advance for your help!
