consider shortcuts' opposing edge when contracting #4656

we should consider the attributes of the opposing edge when we create shortcuts, ie don't contract nodes if the opposing ones have attributes which prohibit contraction.

right now we just assume the opposing shortcut to be an allowed one, but it might not be.

I'll take care of this while working on more forward/backward tags soon, fixing #4434
