Get validatable locales from user

Currently the bundle displays (and computes) scores for all locales enabled in Pimcore, possibly restricted by the bundle's settings for that class. However, a user may only be responsible for 2-3 languages and not for all (which could be several dozen).

Within a Pimcore admin user, locales can be configured/restricted. This setting could be used for the bundle to optimize the UI and workflow for that user. This could be done at the YAML config level and/or the "Configure" dialog (or both).
