Missing disabled input styles in the new theme

All urls below are specified as the dev proxy (yarn proxy https://...), since that's the most convenient way to work on these issues.

To switch between the new theme and the old theme in the console: debugUtils.toggleUpdatedTheme()
To switch between the Suma theme and the Uyuni theme: debugUtils.toggleTheme()

We haven't migrated any pages with disabled inputs yet afaik, so those styles are missing. It's possible this has already been handled under a different migration ticket in which case feel free to close this ticket directly if it works everywhere.

Definition of done

Disabled inputs look the same in the old and new theme, all related page urls are added to ViewHelper.java and view-helper.ts.
