The list becomes corrupt in the CJK languages. List item 6 is dropped, and the nested continuation paragraphs display a plus (+) sign at the beginning of each paragraph. Then, for the remaining items in the list, 7 and 8, the numbering is restarted at 1 in the CJK books.

An issue appeared in this file, at this location and was reported with Pull Request #2159. That issue fixed how list item 6 was merging back into list item 5. However, the fix left this second issue in the file.
Note that the PR above was fixed in 4.2 branches but it remained in 4.3.x branches.

This issue needs to be addressed again in both 4.2.x and 4.3.x.
