(All) Advanced Settings Missing Parameter

Issue: In the advanced settings file it is missing the "end ": 0.0, parameter when it first runs.

Direct Symptoms: If left unedited program does not know where to stop and will examine the file several times.

The program adds it when the user sets an end time, however is would be good to add it in case someone wants to just go straight to the advanced settings.

I also do not know if this expands to the Ubuntu or OSX files as well.

'end' is only required if you want to stop the analysis after a predefined number of seconds. If left undefined, the correct behavior is for the analysis to process the entire data set. Adding "end" : 0.0 as a default will cause the analysis to terminate immediately. We may want to implement "end" : -1 as a default in the future to make things more consistent. I'll leave this ticket open for now.
