Feature request - GUI to streamline setting up the analysis of multiple files

It would be helpful to create a intuitive GUI which allows the user to easily set up the .settings file for a series of trials (perhaps located in single parent folder) and then having finished creating the .settings file, to run a batch analysis on all of them in the command line or in the GUI.
