Managers and Counsel for Trump impeachment

Hello!

I see this issue has been noticed before (issue 80), but it appears as if managers in the Trump impeachment trial are not having their names correctly parsed in the Congressional Record files.

For example, in granule CREC-2020-01-21-pt1-PgS395, there are a number of managers whose names are not correctly parsed. Adam Schiff shows up as Mr. Manager SCHIFF in the text, but shows up as Mr. SCHIFF in the mods file.

Also, is there any way to know when non Members of Congress are speaking? In the same file, members of Trump's Counsel speak, but they are not found in the mods files.

@singerep - generally speaking, we do not have metadata noting when a non-Member of Congress speaks.
