Email Validation

There is minimum validation in the email field and when i was passing invalid email say "abc@ab..com" it gives some json error instead of validation error. Also truncate is not implemented which is also cause of the error

We also have strange failures because of email validation. It would be better if the UserVoice server didn't try to validate emails, because if the user has entered an invalid email, then UserVoice is unusable.
