Describe the bug

When Delete a Tag

The expected result is to delete the tag and remove the corresponding tag from all memos with that tag.

However, in reality, the tag is deleted, but the tag remains on the memos, and the tag can still be searched.

Steps to reproduce

1 delete tag
2 check the memos corresponding to this tag

0.21.0
