In case the /root/preupgrade/ directory already exists, PA tests fails unexcpectedly.
Reproducer:

  1. install preupgrade-assistant with modules
yum install preupgrade-assistant-el6toel7
  1. run scan of system
preupg --force
  1. run tests
[inside-preupgrade-git-repo] $ ./setup.py test

In addition, you can get different output/falling tests during testing based on content of the /root/preupgrade directory.
