Technical Information

  • PDF bug (iOS): "When we export the lesson plans, the activity card images don't show up in the .pdfs. Is there anything that can be done about this? Even simply having them show up as text or a link would be somewhat useful, but right now all that shows up is a blank icon, as in the enclosed example. Pictures the teachers import from their own phones seem to work well, as you can see from the music in this example."
  • Activity Card Search: "As far as I can tell the search function for activity cards does not work properly. My understanding was it would search the file descriptions and file names, but it only seems to search the title and the categories, not the description. It also seems to only search for exact matches, not for multiple terms."
  • Line breaks: "In the saved lessons, line breaks inputted by the teachers are not preserved. For example, in the attachment above, the teacher had put line breaks in several places, which disappeared on export. They added forward slashes everywhere the original had line breaks, but it would be great to preserve their intended spacing."
  • Keyboard covering: "When creating a lesson, the keyboard covers the bottom part of the screen, and it is not possible to scroll up to see it. After closing the keyboard, the text is visible, but the person writing cannot see what they are writing." Screenshots below:
