Labels in Loki telemetry?

I think it would be nice to have the option to set a (custom) "job" and "instance" label (and maybe other) to logs sent to Loki to easily distinguish from others. Currently I user "source" but it's not a perfect solution.

I'm relatively new to Loki but my understanding is that there can be too many labels and label values. This make many Loki streams. It would be nice to have an option to customize directly in unpoller what need to be label and what need to be JSON-packed in the log entry without the need of a subsequent loki processing stage.

Maybe something it's already possible but I can't find settings.
