I install the application use IIS ,but when i am change the password of the account ,i get an error like this

fail: Unosquare.PassCore.PasswordProvider.PasswordChangeProvider[0]
Failed due to pwned password: New password is publicly known and can be used in dictionary attacks

and also it will take a very long time , more than 3 minutes. So what are my settings wrong? Need your help, thanks

possibly related to this #596

I've set passcore up and have the same issue. the application doesn't attempt to change the password and i've tried all the fixes i could find.

The error still occurs even when using generated passwords from the app itself so it's not the password
