Describe the bug

I can't connect to my Console.

I get the Error:
Abort Error The play() request was interrupted by a call to pause(). goo.gl/LdLk22

I alredy restarted the Console several times.

To Reproduce

  1. Open the App
  2. Connect to Console
  3. Screen keeps black
  4. After a minute it stops and gives the Error Abort Error The play() request was interrupted by a call to pause(). goo.gl/LdLk22

Expected behavior

I expected that i can Play a game on my Console.

Environment

- OS: Zorin OS 17
- Device: Laptop (HP Elitebook 850 g3)
- Greenlight version: 2.3.1

Anything else?

On Windows, it also keeps Black when i want to play. On Linux it's the Same, but it gives me the Error.

The Remoteplay Function is working on the Tablet and the Phone.

Can you check if the setting 'Set H264 Profile' is set to 'auto-negotiate'? This setting can be found under Settings -> Streaming -> Set H264 Profile.

your laptop might not support the video codecs to play h264, setting this to auto-negotiate should allow VP8 and VP9 codecs.

It is set to auto-negotiate.
