  • Current implementation cannot handle {} well.
    I'm not sure it is valid or not but I found
    \begin{frame}[plain]\frametitle{} in https://xaro.hatenablog.jp/entry/2013/09/18/020615 (Japanese).

  • If needed, TeX should capture {} as an anonymous tag.

  • newcounter

  • bibitem

  • newcommand

  • an \include should be captured as a reference tag, not definition tag.
    This may break compatibility.

Parts of them will be solved within solving #2421.
