Published on Senate.gov back to antiquity. I'm happy to write a scraper. I just forget where the right place is to put it.

I scraped it waaay back when. See unitedstates/congress-legislators#388. It's possible my file is out of date if there have been fixes on the Senate page.

It's be nice to have it in this repo, or in congress-legislators as a static file.

The reason I scraped it was I needed to match each term for each legislator to a session of Congress (or multiple for senators). It's a little tricky because there are cases where someone was appointed after the second session had adjourned to fill a spot. I'm not sure whether such a person is even sworn in.

Where are the start and end dates scraped from?
