Add option to check 'every' filter validity instead of 'some'

Currently, only some filters check for validity, but in the case when you need to check for every condition you need to write a single filter with the combined condition that looks pretty ugly.
It would be great to have the option to mark filters as required and check required filters all the time. Or just the option to switch between 'some' filters to 'every' filter.
