All family emoji should be contiguously ordered #775

Reviewing emoji-ordering.txt I see that the new family symbols are separated from the previous sequences, as this excerpt shows:

U+1F469 U+200D U+1F467 U+200D U+1F467 ; 4.0 # 👩‍👧‍👧 family: woman, girl, girl
U+1F5E3 ; 0.7 # 🗣 speaking head
U+1F464 ; 0.6 # 👤 bust in silhouette
U+1F465 ; 1.0 # 👥 busts in silhouette
U+1FAC2 ; 13.0 # 🫂 people hugging
U+1F46A ; 0.6 # 👪 family

The ordering should be revised to better reflect the new appearance of the sequences as symbols.
