Wrong data field onSubmit react-select

Description of bug

I need submit Form on onBlur event of the field, but on react-select not working correctly. When I click on select field value is empty, but on second click is filled with previous value. See the gif bellow for information.

I made an example on codesandbox (check here) and it's working.

Check and let me updated if it works or not to look another solution.
