v1.15.6a-dcs

This has a fix for DCS to the v1.15.6 version of Gitea. It fixes the manifest.yaml validator for the badge that appears next to the manifest.yaml file in a repo's root directory view. This was causing the repo home page to hang and for git cat-file --batch commands to be shown to be hanging in the admin monitor page.
