Print dialog box to have the option to choose scale for the page

Description:

Users should be able to choose the scale they want to print in like scale to Fit or Scale %. This adjustment is crucial for readability and accommodating different amounts of content per page.

DoD:

Users can increase or decrease the text size.
The scaling should not distort the text and should maintain readability.
Ensure that the text reflows appropriately to accommodate the new scale.
This feature should be compatible with other layout settings (e.g. paper size, orientation, etc).
