Rebuild the Kibana dashboards for Kibana 6 #35

Need new dashboards that support Kibana 6.

Better dashboard importing
Remove the alias's to simplify. Need to rethink how indexes, types and aliases are used
make all alerts to be "alert" index in order to simplify the dashboards
