Updates and DLC from multiple regions present in Nintendo - Nintendo 3DS (Digital) (CDN)

Describe the bug
Basically what it says in te title. For example:

• Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS (USA) (Update)
• Super Smash Brothers for Nintendo 3DS (Korea) (Update)
• Dairantou Smash Brothers for Nintendo 3DS (China) (En) (Update)

All these files are present, when in fact, only USA should be present. It's like that for multiple games.

There is no clone list for 3DS (Digital) (CDN), which is why clones are still in the output.

As Retool is no longer maintained, sadly there won't be one coming in the near future.

Oh, so sad to see you go. I loved your tool. I've been using it ever since it came out.

Just fyi: I was using the "Nintendo - Nintendo 3DS (Digital) (No-Intro).json" list for teh CDN dat, which worked for the most part, just a view updates and dlc (and probably games) that should have been filtered out are still there.
