Add metapalette.uxf that includes all available .uxf

To select items from different palettes on the right is cumbersome.
Please add a allinone.uxf that has all items, thus no need for dropdown palette switching.

In Standalone Umlet you can customize the palettes and save them (either through the menu or by chaning the uxf files within the palettes subdir)

I guess an allinone.uxf palette would contain too many elements to be usable
Usually you only need the palette when choosing a new element (otherwise you would just copy the element from your diagram). And in the case of a new element you must check many palette elements to find the correct one and doing that would be more cumbersome than just selecting a specific palette (broad category) before selecting the element within.
