Background

Someone may be more familiar with English. Such as me.

Proposal

I hope to add English documents to the website.

现在 umi 4 的文档是 dumi 的，目录在 docs/* ，可以尝试参考 dumi 多语言 支持多语言。

不过现在量比较大，人工翻译可能比较困难，如果能尝试 gpt-4 之类的自动翻译比较理想，不过要保持 mdx 里面的格式不被破坏。

另外包括我在内的很多读者对现在的中文文档都不太满意，我也觉得里面有很多没讲清楚。
