Context:

Time-to-time in pipeline ops, it surfaces that we wish to rerun and, hence clean up previous run
We are doing this manually at the moment

Consider:

By Run as in Sequence Instrument ID
By Run as in portal_run_id (i.e. specific workflow)

Actions:

Implement manual to auto clean up ops

As of Release 0.9.0; Manual cleanup / Rerun SOP avail at docs/pipeline/cleanup
Still on hold implementing auto cleanup
