Translate support dynamic values in schema

Currently the t schema-keyword does not support dynamic values / placeholders and alike.

To support this, the best would be an optional formatter function, to allow integration of any formatter-lib wanted.

must be available/run in:

• Trans component
• t from the hook useUIMeta

Should receive as much as possible of further, easily, available data - like context/schema, but should also as be compatible as possible with relT/relTranslator.
