add a snapshoot fuzzing chapter

I'm frustrated when I want to learn about snapshoot fuzingbecause it is not present on the fuzzing book. I have not read fuzzing book, but entirely but I do not find snapshoot fuzzing chapter on the table of content: https://www.fuzzingbook.org/html/00_Table_of_Contents.html.

Add this chapter on the book.

It might be already present on the book... I do not know there could be a synonym.
