Update ng-bootstrap and bootstrap version

Description

We are using ng-dynamic-forms inside our open source project https://github.com/4Science/dspace-angular
We have the need to update ng-bootstrap and bootstrap version, so we'd contribute to update in order to resolve our problems with peer dependency conflicts.
According to the the current angular version used we'd update to the following version:

• ng-bootstrap -> 15.1.2
• bootstrap -> 5.2.3
