Getting error in tests after updating Plate packages to v33

Have a test file as below:

Plate recently changed moduleResolution to Bundler in tsconfig. With this change you have to

• update typescript version to >=5 and use module Bundler option
• or make sure you are using at least Node.js 12 and module and moduleResolution NodeNext or Node16. With that you will have to add file extensions like .js and could keep typescript version lower than 5
  Provide a way to add the '.js' file extension to the end of module specifiers microsoft/TypeScript#16577
