A technical problem I've been trying to figure out how to solve in the back of my head for awhile is how to get pip to only install certain sets of dependencies given certain configurations of Galah. I think using "bundles" will be the way to do this and the celery projects uses them. See here for their documentation.

Obviously this is something to be done after nearly all the other work in this sprint is complete. Until then, having pip install every possible dependency will be fine.
