Email-Name association

Do we want to display name instead of email to external users?
How do we want to implement this:

1. one to one username-email association set once and force people to use old username
2. multiple username-one email association
3. one-to-one username-email association but allow people to automatically update to new email whenever one is registered to that email

I favor (1) with option to update the username associated with the email at the users own risk and via email verification.

Reopening, since I had a request for a "search by author" field.

What if we added a new search operator "by:ListingId"? That would look up listing "ListingId," then find its author, and search by "author:AuthorID." That way, we're not giving away any additional information, but we let people find related works somewhat easily (presumably by a link from the given listing).
