Vague PM-level specification: for things like apartments and sublets, could we associate an "address" field that would plot it on a map? I'm imagining the following:
This map would only show up when something high in the results has an address associated with it. What are your thoughts @tbkissinger@georgeteo?

I like the idea of a map, but instead of making it appear if something high on the list of results has an address associated with it. Maybe make it appear if you filter by apartment/sublease?
Then we can split the screen. Right half static map, left half scrolling listings. As you scroll, new pins appear on the map to depending on which listings are on the screen on the left half of the page.
(Probably want this only for desktop)
Hrm... what if they search by something? As it stands, they could search for e.g. "condo," getting plenty of apartments, without necessarily being in the apartments section.
I like the idea of keeping with scrolling. What if the map was embedded in the listing? (So we'd still scroll, but there'd be a new map every ten or so listings.) OTOH, maps can show a lot more information than a listing.
What about searching? Is there a way to let people only search for apartments near campus, for example?
