The way the CT links are presented is currently quite overwhelming - it's a wall of text at the bottom of each page - so I would like to change this.

The actual CT links content in each unit needs to be reviewed as well, as the ideas of CT in unplugged have shifted a bit since they were first written.
Need to discuss with another author whether every CT skill should be included in every section, or just include the most relevant ones. Some are currently 'shoe horned' in.
