My ucans' built UCAN was rejected by rs-ucan, because of a missing field ucv - which I found out was moved from header to the payload in ucan spec v0.10. So it seems this lib is still at v0.9 (or v0.8?)

FYI - This lib is compatible with UCAN spec 0.10 and seems to be the successor to ts-ucan
https://github.com/fission-codes/stack/tree/main/packages/ucan
