The included GNOME extension 'supergfxctl-gex' doesn't work on GNOME 45

The GNOME Extensions app shows it as incompatible with the current version.

Looking at the extension's metadata.json in @EyeCantCU's repo, it seems the "shell-version" key doesn't include version 45.

Manually installing the version from extensions.gnome.org as a user works.
