  1. add yarn test script
  2. the test script should file a new issue on a locally configurable repository (.env) that tests all the bot commands, and then checks the result.

A minimum goal to start would be some end-to-end tests that run all commands and check their responses.
It wouldn't be just CI step, yarn test will also help developers to get quick feedback if they broke something with new changes.

    The amount of open pull requests is getting out of hand and we believe that this is the best tool to handle them.

    Suggestion to the original spec: @pavlovcik

    Could we change the script name from yarn test to another one like yarn command:test. In my opinion, yarn test should include all the unit tests but the current PR is a minimal one.

    #734 -- seems better that this PR has a yarn test script.
