TestIntegrationProcessFlushOnExit is brittle #130

It tries to build a generated .go file to test end-to-end flushing, which breaks badly with go modules in go >=1.14.

It should be rewritten to use a pre-built binary in integration test target in Makefile, instead of hacking around with just-in-time builds.
