Text messages to tmobile failing when sending to multiple addresses

I've been using textbelt for a while and it works great except not with tmobile. I'm running a few tests from my gmail account and found something that is interesting. If I send an email to 5555555555@tmomail.net it works but when I send an email to:

5555555555@email.uscc.net,5555555555@message.alltel.com,5555555555@messaging.sprintpcs.com,5555555555@mobile.celloneusa.com,5555555555@msg.telus.com,5555555555@paging.acswireless.com,5555555555@pcs.rogers.com,5555555555@qwestmp.com,5555555555@sms.mycricket.com,5555555555@sms.ntwls.net,5555555555@tmomail.net,5555555555@txt.att.net,5555555555@txt.windmobile.ca,5555555555@vtext.com,5555555555@text.republicwireless.com,5555555555@msg.fi.google.com

It doesn't work. It looks like maybe tmobile is blocking email to sms if the email has more than one recipient? Anyone else come across this? Is there a workaround?
