ChatEvents.CONNECTED firing twice after onAuthenticationFailure #323

Describe the bug

I'm having an issue, each time the onAuthenticationFailure is called, then the ChatEvents.CONNECTED fires twice.

Expected behavior

I would expect the CONNECTED event to trigger just once.
