[Question] How do I pull a list of usernames resulting from a twitter people search? #1400

Description of Issue

Hi, I'd like to pull a list of usernames that show up when I search a keyword in Twitter under "people"

Example: "Nintendo"

Output:

@user1
@user2
@user3
etc...

Is this something Twint can do?
