display title/filename on delete confirm

this could be handy, to display the title or filename on deletion confirmations.
if multiple issues are marked for deletions then it should be a scroll-able list.
for those weird cases that you are doing dupe management and press selected the wrong one.
ofc i think its handy to have that info there no matter what tho.
