add a ``refresh" functionality to load new files being synced

as suggested in the title, may I suggest a ``refresh" functionality to load new files being synced? The use case is that I work on both my personal and work laptops, and when I create a new file or update an existing file on the work laptop it does not show up on my personal laptop although it has already been sync in iCloud. Let me know if this makes sense. Thanks.
