Use ENV_DIR to get WKHTMLTOPDF configuration variables and then, based on it, decide the version and download URL.

Related to supporting 0.12.5: wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf#3947

I'd love it if this supported 0.12.5... 0.12.4 isn't importing images and fonts right now due to this issue: wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf#3001

I just might just need to fork this and make... YET ANOTHER WKHTMLTOPDF BUILDPACK. 😆
