New victory condition: Ascension.
There should be multiple ways to get this. Each technology branch would have their own ancient technology to discover.
Combat: Black hole manipulator, Defense: Multi-dimension shield, Hull: ??, Propulsion: Big energy source, Improvement: Starbase Ascension Portal, Electronics: Ascension portal scanner
Idea would be to find or build ascension portal. Black hole manipulator could be used for locate working portal, but in order to use it fleet needs to have multi-dimension shield. Portal could be also found with Ascension portal scanner. This portal could be also built for starbase or orbital but it would require lot's of energy. Each time ancient artifact is research it would give 10% chance to get particular ancient technology.
