博后报告封面上有一处的纵向间距太小 #951

博后报告封面倒数第二行“清华大学（北京）”与前一行的间距太小，效果见截图。建议把thuthesis.cls文件里对应位置的\vskip 默认值0.45cm改成2.1cm。

按照 https://postdoctor.tsinghua.edu.cn/info/czxz/1283 的 编写《清华大学博士后研究报告》参考意见.doc，这里的距离确实很小。

抱歉，是我没注意去看这个模板。不过还是觉得这个间距很别扭，既然模板里说明只是供参考，那我干脆自己调一下算了。
