Finish Effects does not show for Ravager ability.

Give us a clear and concise description of the problem, and what you expect to happen
"Finish Effect" is not displayed for the ability Ravager. This is regardless of the finish effect selected. The finish effect is displayed for all other abilities. Moving the ability to a different position on my action bars does not help.

Do you have any steps to reproduce this issue?
Select a finish effect and watch as the Protection Warrior ability Ravager comes off cooldown. You will see that it does not display as it should.

Are you getting any error messages?
No.
World of Warcraft disables errors by default.
