The Finish Effect doesn't show on ElvUi bars. The preview within OmniCC works fine.

Omniversion 9.2.0, Elvui version 2.45 (TBC Classic)

I also noted that spammable abilities with 0 spell queue triggers the finish effect if you spam.

If you use something and let the timer casually go down however, it does not.

is there any workaround for this? can confirm this issue is present when using ElvUI 12.81.

issue is still occurring with elvui 13.08
