Cooldown text flickering

Hello,
i have this weird omnicc issue, where the cooldown text is not properly centered and also jumping from side to side. Installing older verions didnt help, or deactivating other addons either. Also resetting my omnicc profiles doesnt solve this. Look at the video and you will see the problem. Look at the "Typhoon" Weakaura where my mouse is nearby. Does anybody have a solution for this?

I also have this issue since a while now but on my plater nameplates. I lately gave it a shot to identify whether it's platers fault or something else. Turns out it's omnicc that produces this weird behaviour.
And what I also found out is, that it seems to be occuring when different dmg events are happening. like as affliction I can put all my DoTs on the target and everything is good. But as soon as I start to channel Drain Soul, the flickering begins.
